Experienced in customer service, office administration and property management, Clare brings a variety of skills to Lancaster Samms. Having lived in a variety of homes from a London apartment to a cottage in the Dales, Clare is well equipped to advise on all types of property.
With 20 years of working in the property industry and almost 10 years at Lancaster Samms, Elkie's passion and hard-working ethos have helped hundreds of buyers find their dream home. Elkie was made a Partner in the firm in 2021 and is intrinsic to the Lancaster Samms team with her efficiency in dealing with all aspects of the buying and selling process.
James joined Lancaster Samms in 2014 and quickly progressed in his role to become a highly experienced valuer, and negotiator and in 2021 was made a partner of the firm. Having lived and worked in York all his life, James knows every part of the city and surrounding areas in great detail.
Michelle handles our property marketing material and social media posts, making sure our properties are showcased in the best possible way. As well as taking on the admin and financial aspects of running the business, you will also find Michelle out and about conducting viewings. In her spare time mum of two Michelle is a keen gardener and loves running.
Neil's career in the property industry started in 2005 whereby he cemented his passion and knowledge of the housing market. Fast forward to 2012, and to the opening of Lancaster Samms Estate Agents in the heart of the city of York. The goal was to provide a more modern approach to house selling, and ten years on Neil's constantly evolving business continues to lead the way.
