MRC Fitness was founded in 1984 by Malcolm & Helen Clark in the basement of their home and moved in 1996 to their larger current premises. Malcolm, although a former competitor bodybuilder, wanted to have a gym where the ordinary person could feel good about themselves and make going to the gym part of their lifestyle. This continues to be the philosophy of Malcolm's daughter, Lorraine Wallace, who has been the owner since 2012, along with her general manager Stuart Clayton. Prospective members always tell us, when they visit, that ‘they got a good vibe for the place' and the friendliness was obvious... MRC Fitness Studio is a relaxed welcoming gym in Dalry for people of all ages and sizes. Flexible and custom subscriptions available...
