Alan C Creevy - Founder

Alan is a founding Director of CDLH and is a Chartered Surveyor and Business Analyst who has focused on the Licensed Leisure and Hotels Property Sector since the late 1980s. Alan is equally at home in running an Agency disposal campaign or a Valuation for an individual asset or portfolio of properties. Alan is often instructed by operators, banks or insolvency practitioners to conduct business performance review to maximise profitability and return on capital as well as strategies to gain best return from licensed assets. Alan's areas of expertise include Agency: Loan Security Valuation: Asset Valuation: Consultancy & Strategic Advice: Rent Reviews: Expert Witness and Business Performance Analysis. Alan is a Fellow if the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators and has successfully completed a RICS Accredited Expert Witness and Mediation programs. Alan is one of very few Scottish based RICS Approved Expert Witness

Peter E Darroch - Founder

Peter is a founding Director of CDLH and gained his professional qualification as a Chartered Surveyor in 1995 and in 2005 gained the privileged FRICS qualification from the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors. Peter has dealt specifically in the Licensed Leisure and Hotel sector since 1995 and has considerable experience in all aspects of general practice surveying services including Valuations, Group Valuations, Property and Business Sales, Acquisitions, Rent Reviews, Consultancy Advice, Development, Lease/Management Contract Negotiations, Business Reviews with KPI Benchmarking and Work Out Strategies.

Steven Tolson

Steven is our Director of Healthcare & Housing. Steven who is the current (2014 - 2015) Chairman of the RICS in Scotland has a unique skill set amongst Chartered Surveyors. He has a detailed understanding of the Healthcare property and operating sector combined with significant expertise in the Housing Sector. This combination of skills allows Steven to advise no only on Healthcare Business Valuation but also alternative residential or commercial property use across all sectors. Steven joined CDLH in 2014 and is also a Registered Valuer.
