Bradley initially joined Baily Garner on a year out placement as an Assistant Building Surveyor in 2005 and then continued his studies as one of our sponsored students. After returning as a Graduate Surveyor, he became chartered with the RICS in 2010 and has since progressed through the business to become an Equity Partner in 2016. He is also now a member of the Baily Garner Management Group.
As a chartered surveyor and asset manager, Bradley's experience includes new build and refurbishment projects across the residential, commercial and education sectors. Bradley particularly enjoys delivering regeneration projects where he is able to add value and utilise his new build and refurbishment experience. He leads our Project Management and Quantity Surveying group.
Bradley plays an active role in training and mentoring our more junior staff and takes pride in providing others with an opportunity to experience an exciting and fulfilling career in construction. He has significant involvement in our APC training and is an APC Assessor for the RICS.
David joined Baily Garner in 2006 as a graduate building surveyor from the University of Westminster. He initially worked as a building surveyor on both refurbishment and new build development. His experience grew to include provision of employer's agent and project management services on schemes ranging from four apartments to multimillion pound multi-phased redevelopments.
David is a chartered building surveyor and became an associate partner in 2015 and then a partner in 2021. Over time his interests have become closely aligned with our core value of delivering quality in everything we do. David is now responsible for growing and developing our Clerk of Works and Quality Control Inspector service, which is strongly aligned to a quality assurance procedure, rather than purely relying on reactive quality control measures. David and his team provide our clients with a truly collaborative, balanced and refreshing approach to this service, which looks to educate and develop knowledge for the improvement of the industry as a whole.
