MURRAY PLANNING ASSOCIATES - Key Persons
Michael has over 14 years experience in Town and Country Planning. He formed his sound understanding of the planing system whilst working in the Development Control teams of both Canterbury City Council, and then Southampton City Council.
He moved on from the public sector in 2004, working for Turley Associates until 2009 before founding his own successful planning consultancy. Michael joined the Murray Planning team in 2018 bringing with him a wealth of knowledge and experience.
Richard formed Murray Planning Associates in 2011 following a successful career working for a number of Local Planning Authorities and in the private sector as Planning Director for a national housing developer.
Richard has grown a strong and loyal client base, covering a range of sectors including residential, agricultural, estate management, sports and renewables. Richard also has specific experience and expertise in dealing with complex heritage-related applications and developments in sensitive landscapes.
