As the principal consultant within Lumine, Clive brings a wealth of experience and knowledge to the business. With a background covering banking, sales, training and consultancy he has a broad range of knowledge and experience that means he understands the needs of his clients. He provides powerful support to help business leaders across a wide range of sectors achieve their goals. He is a Chartered member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development and a qualified performance coach.
Amongst other senior roles Clive worked with Screwfix Direct Ltd, with a focus on people development, staff training, recruitment and management of the Human Resources function to support the unprecedented levels of business growth. Therefore he has a great ability to understand business growth issues and can use this to support clients.
Latterly whilst with Business Link Dorset, he managed the professional business advisory team and spent a number of years as a High Growth coach, supporting many organisations and individuals.
He also operated as a Non Executive HR Director of The Present Finder - a leading e-commerce business. Clive supported the company in all aspects of coaching, training and HR matters, prior to their successful sale to Suttons Seeds.
