Alex joined us as a qualified Accounting Technician from a smaller local practice, as he wanted to broaden his experience and study for his Chartered Accountancy qualification. He is making quick progress through these exams and is rapidly increasing in seniority. Alex is a highly capable, charming, and composed individual.

Anita is a hugely experienced member of the team, with a background in both private practice and industry. Always helpful and friendly, Anita has high standards and is dedicated to getting the job done.
Bethany holds an NVQ Level 4 in Business Administration and is working towards her accountancy qualifications, having transferred from our administration team.
Carla qualified as a Chartered Accountant with a local practice, before moving to a larger firm where she worked closely with the senior team members of Gibson Whitter. Carla couldn't wait to join our new and dynamic practice and we were delighted to be able to add her to our team. Carla always approaches the most difficult of tasks with cheerfulness and dependability.
Since qualifying as a Chartered Accountant in 2007, David has built up a huge amount of expertise in a wide range of business sectors. He is very technically minded, which is an invaluable quality for making sure our clients are compliant with even the most challenging legislation and regulations. In his spare time, David is a trustee director of Wymering Manor Trust where he chairs the finance sub committee.
Clients admire his ability to produce very complex and accurate information in even the most difficult circumstances. David is regarded as unflappable and ‘the rock' for an increasing number of organisations.
Elo joined us from a small local practice and has progressed to preparing accounts for larger and more complex organisations. She is friendly, diligent, and increases the strength and depth of our accounting team.
Emma qualified as a Chartered Certified Accountant with a local practice and joined Gibson Whitter to be part of an exciting, fast growing practice and to work closely with a wide variety of clients.

Gavin is a Chartered Accountant and a Chartered Tax Adviser. He also holds the Institute of Chartered Accountants Non-Executive Director Certificate.
Gavin has been advising business owners for over 30 years and looks after our larger corporate clients, as well as heading up our Charity Division and Solicitors Division. In his spare time, he is a trustee director of The National Museum of the Royal Navy, having previously been a trustee director of The Royal Marines Museum. Gavin is Chair of the Audit and Governance Committee of the National Museum of the Royal Navy.
Gavin is known for his quick intellect, and providing imaginative solutions to almost any problem. Clients value his ability to get straight to the heart of an issue, his positive attitude, and friendly, outgoing personality.

Linda is a Chartered Accountant and a Chartered Tax Adviser, with a wealth of experience looking after businesses, professional partnerships and medical practitioners. She also has significant expertise in technology-based companies, advising businesses all the way from start-up to their eventual sale to listed companies. In her spare time, Linda is a volunteer for Tax Help.

Luke is a Chartered Accountant who joined Gibson Whitter as an accounting apprentice. Luke quickly worked his way through the exams and now leads the audits of our larger clients.

Marianna is an experienced administrator and personal assistant, with a background of supporting professionals over a wide range of sectors. She combines a highly professional work ethic with a friendly and self-assured attitude.
Michelle is a hugely experienced and dedicated payroll professional and has primary responsibility for managing our payroll bureau service. Always professional and friendly, Michelle is a reassuring presence in this high-compliance area.
