DRIVING FORCE COURIERS - Key Persons
Andrew has been with us since mid 2020 and joined us with over 7 years' at the likes of DHL where he has honed his customer service skills.
When not behind the wheel, Andrew is a keen Walker with plans to do the Pennine way and coast to coast walks in the near future. He is also self-proclaimed railway buff who is mid-way through building a 40ft model railway which he hopes will one day be exhibited.
His one remaining ambition is to learn to fly… So who knows, maybe one day he can head up our air freight division
Dave originally joined the team back in January 2019 as a Class 2 driver, but following a company restructure in 2021 was made director and now oversees the full operation of the company.
Due to our recent rapid expansion, Debbie has been brought in to help out manage the day to day operations and service all our existing accounts.
Debbie has over 16 years logistics experience and has been key account manager to some of the biggest global companies including Suzuki, Canon and Smith & Nephew.
When not grafting away, Debbie loves socialising with friends and loves travelling up to Scotland to see family whenever she can.
Paul joined us back in January 2020, and with 15 years of experience behind him has already become a highly valuable member of the team. Paul's attitude can never be faulted and his is commitment to the job is always first class… Paul's father was a trucker and is proud to be following in his dads footsteps.
Ray is the newest addition to the Driving Force team and came aboard in October 2021.
Having gathered a vast amount of experience at Univar Solutions, Ray decided that he wanted a change, and after speaking to one of other drivers Paul, made the decision to join us, and we are very thankful to have him.
Ray also brings with him an ADR licence which now enables us to carry certain classes of dangerous goods, adding another string to our bow.

Steve was just 25 years old when he founded Driving Force back in 2005. He used £5000 left to him from his late Grandma to buy the companies first vehicle.
