Brian Donnelly is the Chief Executive of CECOPS CIC; he has a lengthy career in assistive technology related services, at operational, managerial and strategic levels. Brian latterly worked as an adviser to the Welsh Government, where he led a £12.5m project to set up and integrate health and social care assistive technology related services. This included the commissioning and delivery of services. He also led on the development of National Minimum Standards for assistive technology related services for the Welsh Government.
