Amy Ledwith

Amy joined the team at Bacon and Company in 2017. After working 7 years for an online property company she joins the Goring team with a wealth of experience and offering a high level of customer care. Amy is very enthusiastic and takes pride in her work she is looking forward to being part of the team for many years to come. Amy loves to spend time with her partner, family and friends.

Anna Currey

Living and working in Worthing, Anna has an extensive knowledge of the local area and is very proud to be one of the only female directors locally in the sales industry. She has built her success on hard work and a dedication to exceptional customer service, and has many compliments from clients accordingly. Anna started her career in 1998 and joined Bacon and Company in 2003. She contributed to launching our first Worthing branch, before being promoted to manager. Having been so successful she then launched our Goring office in 2010. Anna is able to balance a busy family life looking after her three sons with a steely determination to succeed in her career. Anna has successfully completed her NFOPP award in the sale of residential property and also passed her level 3 award in residential letting and management.

Ashleigh Saunders

Ashleigh joined Bacon and Company in November 2018. She brings an enthusiastic approach and has already received high praise from many customers. Ashleigh started her career in Lettings and loves creating long lasting relationships with clients. In her spare time Ashleigh has a keen interest in fitness and enjoys spending time with her family and friends.

Ben Davis

Ben Davis Senior valuer Relentless passion and hard work has already taken Ben to the role of senior negotiator after joining Bacon and Company as an apprentice in 2011. Ben stars on the website All Agents with numerous customer praises and kind comments on how helpful and proactive he's been when helping them to sell or purchase a property. Ben is also now a proud homeowner, so in his spare time he is a DIY enthusiast while also enjoying social time with friends and sport of any kind. ben.davis@baconandco.co.uk

Chris Potkins

Chris joined the team at Bacon and Company in 2015, having started as a junior his hard work, knowledge and commitment has resulted in his position of Senior Negotiator. Chris has impressed clients over the years with his confidence and high customer service standards. Chris has a passionate interest in business, sport and interior design, he has recently just brought his first home with his fiancé.

David Hughes - Managing Director

Having worked his entire career in Worthing and Lancing, Dave has extensive knowledge of the area and has many clients who return to sell their properties. Dave started his career in Worthing at the age of 16 as a trainee negotiator, progressing to the position of branch manager at the age of 21. He then advanced to area manager for two corporate companies and was responsible for their estate agency and financial services sectors, passing his CeMAP exams in 2001. Dave then joined Bacon and Company in 2003, and was instrumental in setting up our Worthing offices and becoming a director in 2005. His interests include football and golf.

Grant Tester

Grant brings a refreshing approach to buying and selling homes with many happy previous customers. Grant started his career in Estate Agency in 2014 and has a fantastic knowledge of the Worthing area after working in West Worthing, Broadwater and Worthing town centre. His favourite part of the job is meeting new clients and assisting them through the whole process. In his spare time Grant enjoys playing football for a local team and socialising with his friends.

Jenny Murphy

Having previously sold two properties and purchased three through Bacon and Company, Jenny felt she knew the company well before joining the team in 2013. Now, after working successfully for our Broadwater and Goring offices, she has joined the Worthing town centre branch. Jenny enjoyed renovating all her properties and has gained valuable knowledge in the process over the past 20 years, which customers find helpful. In her spare time she attends a boot camp twice a week, enjoys running and has successfully completed her first half-marathon.

Jessy Cannon

Jessy joined our team in 2014 as our apprentice 'with a difference'. We were very lucky to find her. Jessy's life experience combined with her long background in retail makes her an excellent communicator, vital when it comes to maintaining good relationships with landlords, tenants and the tradespeople that we use on a daily basis. It was no suprise to us that Jessy sailed through her apprenticeship and has gone on to play a key role in the company over recent years and is now 'office manager'. Highly motivated and always reliable, Jessy has built up extensive knowledge of the lettings business, supporting clients from the very first enquiry to the signing of a tenancy agreement. Jessy is currently a Littlehampton resident and loves living and working in West Sussex. After a busy day at the office she likes to wind down with a colouring-in book or a blast of Take That!

Josh Hickman

Born and bred in Worthing, Josh studied business, media and finance at college before joining us as a trainee in the summer of 2019. Having previously worked in a face-to-face customer service role, Josh has fitted in brilliantly with the team and is proving himeself on a daily basis that he has what it takes to become a successful letting agent. Josh carries out viewings, deals with telephone and email enquiries and supports us across many aspects of the business. If he can't answer your question, rest assured he'll pass you on to someone who can! In his spare time Josh loves TV comedy (especially Peep Show) and socialising with friends in and around Worthing.

Julie West - Founder

As Founder and Director of Micawber Lettings, Julie takes care of the day-to-day management of the business. She holds the NFOPP Technical Award in Residential Lettings and Property Management, and regularly attends professional training workshops to ensure the business is fully up to date with current legislation and industry best practice. Once a secondary school languages teacher, Julie is fluent in French and Italian, making her a fantastic contact for properties in France or Italy. Julie prides herself on her personal approach; as a former tenant and now a Worthing homesowner and private landlord herself, she has a comprehensive understanding of her clients' needs from every perspective, always endeavouring to go the extra mile. In her spare time, Julie enjoys netball, running, fashion and watching her son and daughter play in their local junior football teams. She is also the owner of five (escape artist) pet ferrets!

Leanne Munns

With over 25 years working in the financial services industry in various customer service, project and relationship management roles, Leanne brings a wealth of knowledge to our business. Leanne is our newest member of the team, joining us in 2020 after 6 years of running her own boutique gift shop here in Worthing, where she used her previous expertise to run all aspects of the business. She is already a huge asset to us. Specialising in gas and electrical certificates, her attention to detail is second to none. Leanne is also responsible for carrying out routine property visits and will liaise with landlords, tenants and tradespeople to ensure our properties are always kept in good order and that any maintenance or repair issues are resolved speedily and cost-efficiently. Away from the office, Leanne enjoys watching Spurs with friends and family and is very much involved in youth football. She enjoys fitness and walking her dog Jackson

Michael Walton

With a hardworking and honest approach, Michael is committed to helping sellers and purchasers. Michael joined Bacon and Company in 2003 as a junior negotiator and has since worked his way up to the role of senior negotiator and qualified domestic energy assessor. In 2012 Michael completed the NFOPP award in the sale of residential property. In his spare time he enjoys football, cooking and spending time with his wife and children.

Natalie Benger-Wells

You can always expect a friendly face when you see Natalie at a viewing - meeting people and helping them to find their future home is Natalie's favourite part of the job. Natalie joined Bacon and Company in 2010 as a Saturday viewings assistant and has since started working during the week. Being employed part-time also gives Natalie quality time to be a home-maker/mother, and she enjoys watching her sons play football, spending time with her grandson and socialising with her family and friends.

Natasha Wheeler

Natasha joined the Bacon & Co team in 2006, she has always had a keen interest in property and interior design. She offers exceptional customer service and has immense pride in her work. She has moved many clients over the years and sometimes moved them more than once. Natasha has worked in Broadwater and Goring and has extensive knowledge on the local area. Natasha loves spending time with her partner and three children.

Scott's career goal was to make the public actually like and trust an estate agent, and we have to say he's doing a pretty good job so far! Scott has been in estate agencies in Worthing for more than 20 years, and still shows the same passion and commitment to customer service as he did from the outset. Scott joined Bacon and Company in 2005, recently enjoying his tenth anniversary celebrations here, which combined perfectly with winning the Estate Agent of The Year award for Worthing. Outside of work Scott is a proud husband and father with a huge passion for football, rock music and gaming on the Xbox One.

Tracey Taylor

Tracey has expertise in every aspect of our industry and constantly receives praise for being a pleasure to deal with. She first started in estate agencies in 1990 and joined Bacon and Company in 2006, working in Worthing and the surrounding areas. Tracey is a proud mum of two, and outside of work enjoys a good movie or book while also being a fitness fanatic.

Wayne Kenward

Wayne firmly believes that personal service and expert knowledge are major contributions to the success of Bacon and Company. With over 36 years' experience in the estate agency sector, Wayne has just completed 20 years of service with us. Wayne is based at our busy Worthing town centre office; having lived in Worthing all his life, he currently resides in High Salvington. In his personal life Wayne's interests include football, golf and windsurfing, which all take second place to the time he spends with his son Joe.
