Elaine has worked locally for in excess of 30 years within the estate agency industry, having worked for both corporate and independent agents. She strives to combine the very best of both and exudes true passion to deliver exemplary customer service levels whilst achieving the very best results for her clients. Elaine displays a professional can do attitude and will always do her best to go ‘that extra mile', wherever possible working to exceed expectations, developing strong relationships being a vital component to achieving successful results. Moving can be an emotional and stressful time and Elaine will try her very best to help make every transaction as smooth and seamless as possible, providing clear communication.
Fiona grew up locally and has a strong customer service background. In particular, in relocations and residential lettings. Fiona has a wealth of local knowledge, and is able to provide first hand guidance with an attitude to do all that she can to help clients move with confidence and exceed their expectations.
Ian started his career in financial services working for the Woolwich Building Society and Barclays Bank. He specialised in mortgages before spending 15 years in various management roles before launching Hubbard Torlot with Elaine in 2011. Ian prides himself in delivering exceptional customer service to his clients and is very hands on with the day-to-day activities within the office. As a local resident, Ian is both passionate and knowledgeable about the area and its surroundings. Ian is married with 4 children and when away from work, enjoys watching sport and supporting his children with their sporting interests together with trying to improve his culinary skills.

Kim has a passion for property and has a wealth of knowledge in the property market having worked in every aspect of property. Kim has worked for solicitors in both commercial and residential property for in excess of 15 years. She has since worked in property sales and marketing. Along with her property experience, Kim has a strong PA background. In her spare time, she enjoys days out and holidays with her family and friends creating those precious memories for her family.
Louise joined the team over 2 years ago and has thoroughly enjoyed her time with Hubbard Torlot. Louise has lived in the Sanderstead area her whole life and is passionate about property. Louise is a real people person and loves interacting with people and getting involved in their exciting journey of moving home, she finds viewings just as exciting as the applicant!
Lucy started her career in fashion buying before moving to estate agency four years ago, as she has always had a keen interest in the property industry. She really enjoys the sales progression side of the job as everyday is different. Lucy strives to make the buying and selling process as smooth as possible and enjoys creating relationships with clients to help push the sale forward as much as possible. In her spare time she enjoys spending time with her family and going for brunch with friends.
Pat has an abundance of experience and knowledge in estate agency having worked in the industry for over 30 years. Pat has worked for Hubbard Torlot since they opened their doors in 2011. In her spare time, she is kept busy with her family and 4 grandsons. Pat enjoy trips to London and holidays overseas.
Simon left school and worked opposite The High Court in London as a Barristers Clerk and although it was a great job, he decided that estate agency would be his passion. Some 30 years on and having managed numerous branches Simon has gained a wealth of local experience in agency, most of which is as a valuer. Having a good work/family lifestyle balance is important to Simon and he enjoys spending time with his wife and two daughters along with their three dogs including a rescued greyhound and their horse at Woldingham. If there is any spare time left then you'll find Simon in the gym or in a "spin" class.
Tom is our trainee negotiator having joined our team recently and living locally has the benefit of strong knowledge of the area. Tom in his final years of school decided he wanted to be working in the property industry and selling homes in the local area was a natural place for him to commence his career, having initially done work experience with Hubbard Torlot. His aims for the future are to be an integral part of the team and long term embark on a management role, gaining solid training and insight from his peers. In his spare time, Tom enjoys socialising with friends and going to the gym. Tom is a bright and cheery character and always pleased to learn and help where he can.
