Chris has over 30 years experience in working in adult Social Care, including residential adult care, day centres and Learning Disabilities. Chris then spent several years training Social Care staff before joining Hand in Hands in 2018 as the Training and Compliance Manager.

Clair Livermore

Job Titles:
  • Service Manager
Clair has over 20 years experience in working with individuals with Learning Disabilities. Clair started her career as a Teaching Assistant at a school for children with complex, severe and profound Learning Difficulties before undertaking the role of Team Leader with a private organisation. Clair joined Hand in Hands in 2013 in her current role as Service Manager for Supported Living Services.

Mark Livermore

Mark has over 20 years experience supporting individuals with Learning Disabilities. Mark worked as a Teaching Assistant at a special needs school for several years before moving into the role of Team Leader with a local organisation. Mark joined Hand in Hands in 2012 as a Senior Support Worker and was soon promoted to his current role as Service Manager for Supported Living Services.

Michelle Dudderidge

Michelle started her career as a Domiciliary Carer for the elderly and quickly progressed to managing a residential setting for individuals with profound and multiple disabilities, including Physical and Learning Disabilities. Michelle established Hand in Hands in 2011 with the aim of providing high quality support services to make a difference to the lives of local families and enable individuals to reach their full potential. Michelle Dudderidge is responsible for the services provided and is the Registered Manager. Michelle works alongside an experienced team of staff to ensure the 'Essential Standards of Quality and Safety', which everyone should be able to expect when they receive care and support, are fully met.
