Charlotte Ory Consulting provides a range of services to help organisations optimise the use of The Raiser's Edge database... We have employed Charlotte over the past few years to help us with a number of database tasks. We initially approached her to carry out a full database audit and the document she produced proved invaluable in enabling us to get our database campaign ready, highlighting parts that were underused, or could be used to better effect, or whose use needed to be rethought. Charlotte also carried out tailored and comprehensive database training for all our staff, and managed to make it relevant and useful for all members regardless of experience and/or ability. We then asked Charlotte to work with us to produce a range of Crystal Reports. The reports she produced and the training and support she delivered were excellent.
