Alena is the Operations Office Manager for Trojan Consultancy. She spent 22 years as a civilian member of staff with the Metropolitan Police Service and from 2000 to 2013 Alena was the Operations Office Manager for SO14 Royalty Personal Protection. She was responsible for the day to day administration of all protection operations in the UK and around the Globe liaising with the Royal Household, UK and Foreign Police Services, Foreign Diplomatic missions in the UK and attending high level meetings at The Foreign Commonwealth Office. Alena specialised in the setting up and running of operations offices, including layout, equipment and staff training. Alongside her normal duties she controlled the communications for high profile major events which included the setting up of the office, identifying CCTV requirements and communications channels, whilst liaising with specific senior Commanders responsible for other aspects of the event, including the Police, Military, Ambulance Service and Fire and Rescue. Events covered included the Golden and Diamond Jubilees, the funerals of Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth The Queen Mother and HRH Princess Margaret, the marriage of TRH'S The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge, the London 2012 Olympic and Paralympic Games and the London Bombings and the Services response in the wake of the attacks. Other annual events in the Royal calendar such as Trooping the Colour and Royal Ascot fell within her remit. She has been highly commended on several occasions for her input and professionalism in her role. Alena now brings all of that experience and expertise to Trojan Consultancy in her role as Operations Office Manager assisting the Operational and Training teams to achieve their goals by providing all the logistic support that they need, from radios to cars and hotels to private jets. Alena, is also the first point of contact for all Clients, new and old. Where her knowledge of protection sees that the Client speaks and meets with the correct team member according to their requirements. Alena, is a pivotal member of the team from both a Clients perspective and her colleagues. Her experience and vision is vital to the success of Trojan Consultancy.

Lawrence Levy

Lawrence is the Special Projects Consultant at Trojan Consultancy and brings with him over 30 years' experience in the events business working in both national and international environments, delivering unparalleled customer service. Whilst selected from a different background to the majority of the team, Lawrence brings a wealth of experience from the commercial events sector which is why he is such a vital part of the team and its success. He works collaboratively with clients to achieve a common goal and has a unique ability to customise his approach to different personalities and support their expectations. Lawrence's unique and wide-ranging skill set has enabled him to successfully contribute in a variety of roles, including event consultancy and management, project delivery, tour management and logistics, artist booking and artist/VIP protection. He has worked on a variety of event based projects from The Brit Awards to luxury brand pop up events and for a multitude of companies and artists from Net Flix to Sir Tom Jones. Lawrence is the valued and trusted head of our Events Team, driving the team forward into new and exciting areas.

Mick Quilter

Mick is The Deputy Director of Operations for Trojan Consultancy with specific responsibility for overseas deployments and Super Yacht security. Prior to this role he spent 18 years as a full time Protection Officer in the Metropolitan Police Service and is one of only a handful of officers to have worked for both the Royalty Personal Protection Department, SO14 and Specialist Operations, SO1 formerly Special Branch A Squad, and has a wealth of unrivalled protection experience. During his time in the Police Protection Mick specialised in deployments to hostile environments planning, managing and delivering protection operations for senior members of Her Majesty's Government. He is also well versed in the more delicate types of protection roles, notably when protecting the younger members of the British Royal family. He has delivered personal protection across a wide spectrum, from official to private to convert deployments around the world. Upon leaving the Police, Mick spent some time as a security officer with a shipping company, acquiring the necessary qualifications and experience in Maritime security and management. Mick continues to be a highly effective and a dependable operative and manager in the Close Protection world and is a shining example of the unique standards that Trojan Consultancy provide to all their Clients around the globe.

Simon Morgan - COO

Simon is the Director of Operations and Training overseeing all aspects of team deployments. With an illustrious career in the Metropolitan Police Service, where he served as Public Order Officer on the Central London Territorial Support Group before moving to SO19 as a Specialist Firearms Officer and finally to the prestigious SO14 Royalty Personal Protection where he served as a Personal Protection Officer to Her Majesty The Queen and other senior members of The British Royal Family, providing protection both in the UK and overseas, during official, private and confidential engagements. Simon was also the Operations Manager responsible for the planning and resourcing of UK and overseas deployments. Dealing with staff development through operational experiences and training and liaising with the Home office and the Foreign Commonwealth office as well as senior officials within the Royal Household. He was involved in the recruitment and training of new Officers to SO14 as well as the continuous and developmental training of qualified Officers. His attribute of being able to communicate with people at all levels, sometimes in difficult circumstances is a key strength Simon possesses. He has experience of event security, dealing with senior and powerful individuals within large organisations as well as the ability to deal directly with Principals and the of managing staff. A skillful planner and organiser, proficient at problem solving through contingency planning and thinking ahead of the current situation to achieve successful outcomes. He is a member of the Security Institute, ASIS International and The Institute of Directors.
