After training with Shell UK Limited in London and then the Valuation Office Agency in Bedford Philip joined Douglas Duff in Milton Keynes where for over 20 years he had specific responsibility for property management. He joined Willowbrite Ltd in 2008 and is pleased to be a founding partner of Hornbeam CPAM Limited. He has considerable experience of managing a wide range of asset types from prime city offices to neighbourhood centres and works with a similarly wide range of client types from institutions, charities, private landlords and management companies.
Sophie started her career in the west end of London with Walker Son & Packman before moving on to Commission for the New Towns to gain experience in the public sector. She then spent 14 years at Willowbrite Ltd before becoming one of the founder partners of Hornbeam. A large number of institutional clients including InfraRed, Paloma Capital and Eskmuir have benefitted from Sophie's proactive approach to property management.
In her private life Sophie enjoys playing hockey and is striving to learn to play golf.
Stuart started his property career at the Commission for New Towns where he completed the RICS correspondence course. He spent a short period at Railtrack before joining Willowbrite Ltd in 1999 specialising in the management of multi let industrial property. A number of clients have benefitted from Stuart's hands on approach to the property management and asset management process including CBRE Global Investors, Northumberland Estates and Schroders.
Outside of the office he enjoys cycling, playing tennis and watching Northampton Saints.
