Jane has 21 years of experience working in general practice; she is a Nurse Practitioner and non-medical prescriber. She became a cervical cytology mentor in the mid 1990's and now works with Wendy as a trainer. She manages the final Assessors and also helps co-ordinate the training programme for the company.

Julie originally specialised in A+E and orthopaedics before moving into Primary Health Care in the Ministry of Defence (1990). While working full time as a practice nurse she undertook an MSc in Advanced Practice and became a Non-Medical prescriber. With a keen interest in teaching and mentoring, Julie became a cervical screening assessor for Clinical Training Ltd in 2016 and has been cervical screening training with Wendy since 2018. Julie retired from her full time role in 2019 to go travelling! However, she remains actively involved in PHC as a locum practice nurse, assessor, trainer and, more recently, a COVID vaccinator.

Terry joined the company in June 2015, although he has very little experience in the medical world, he has had many years in the Civil Service, laterly managing multi-million pound budgets.

Clinical Training Limited was established in January 2011 by Wendy Lee, in response to the changing environment in the NHS. She has a proven record, of achieving results and making the best use of resources, whilst being able to adapt to changing priorities and demands. With her background of design and implementation of clinical training programmes using an evidence based approach, the company has grown and flourished. Wendy worked for 17 years as a training and development manager in the NHS. Prior to this, she worked as a Practice Nurse, Community Nurse and Ward Sister.
