A Fellow of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors, Adrian has over 40 years of professional experience in the UK property industry. He developed his early career in sales and leasing in the City and West End. Before co-founding Aspect Surveyors Limited in 2010, he was Director of Commercial Agency and Investment in a large West London company specialising in retail and investment markets. Adrian has acted for large institutional investors, household names and private family trusts. He offers a bespoke Transactional and Asset Management Service for the clients of the firm. In his spare time, Adrian is a keen rugby fan.

Brandon Sinclair

Brandon works on the service desk and is the client's first point of contact before directing them to the appropriate business area lead. He is knowledgeable on the services the firm provides and is forward thinking with a can do attitude when interacting with people. Brandon is muti talented and has a number of interests outside work, one of these interests being a keen baker.

John Knox FRICS

As a Consultant Surveyor, with over 50 years of experience in the Valuation and Surveying world, John brings an unparalleled level of expertise. He has been valuing residential property through several cycles in the market and therefore offers sound guidance to all around him. In addition to his Surveying activities, John is an experienced assessor on the RICs Assessment of Professional Competence (APC) panels. Personal interests - enjoys fine red wines. John brings an unparalleled level of expertise with over 50 years of experience in the Valuation and Surveying.

Kush Saini

With over 40 years of local government experience in strategy and planning at a senior level, Kush brings to the firm a high level of business knowledge, experience and people skills. Having worked as the backbone of departments such as Governance, Procurement and HR in large, complex and politically driven organisations, she provides valuable input and support to the management of the firm Kush is a trained mediator and workplace Investigator and is also a member of the Board of Trustees at the Citizen's Advice Bureau for the London Borough of Camden. Kush brings to the firm a high level of business knowledge with over 40 years of senior-level local government experience

Laura Evans

Laura has been with ASL for over 10 years and is responsible for co-ordinating bookings and valuation reports for all surveyors. She has a sound understanding of the services the firm provides and the processes to be followed. Laura is highly proactive and has exceptional organisational and people skills which are invaluable to the firm. Outside work Laura enjoys live comedy. Laura is responsible for the booking and organisation of appointments and reports for all the Surveyors.

Mark Ronaldson

As a Consultant surveyor, Mark has been with ASL since November 2016, and has previously worked with both Trevor and Adrian at various points over the last 20 years. Starting in the world of property auctions and estate agency back in 1984, Mark brings a vast wealth of market knowledge, experience and customer liaison to the firm's expanding client base. Mark is an avid parkrunner and rugby enthusiast. Mark has been with Aspect Surveyors Limited since November 2016 and has previously worked with both Trevor and Adrian at various points over the last 15 years.

Trevor Jackman - Founder

A Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors and co-founder of ASL, Trevor has over 35 years of professional experience in property management and commercial property services. He has extensive experience in working for both the private and public sectors and offers a targeted and comprehensive service to clients. Trevor specialises in market and statutory valuations such as Capital Gains Tax, Probate and Matrimonial for Court Proceedings.
