Paul is a strategic and pragmatic Business Advisor and Finance Director, who brings with him a wealth of experience (20+ years) working with dynamic entrepreneurial businesses, to ensure that they have the right financial reporting, processes and controls in place to underpin rapid growth. Through his role as Managing Director of Inspire Business Development, he assists management teams and shareholders with strategic, accounting and corporate finance (pre and post deal) requirements. Paul is currently Finance Director of Light Source Design Limited. Light Source is one of the UK's leaders in the design, build and implementation of fibre optic networks, with a Bluechip customer base (including Openreach and KCOM) and has successfully delivered an impressive 224% CAGR over a two-year period.
