CJ Mouldings is an independent family run business which has been trading since 2009, under the Directorship of Craig and Julia Hayes. Managing Director, Craig Hayes, has over 40 years experience in the rubber moulding process, having started working with his Father and Grandfather, and over the years has fulfilled all the roles involved in the production of rubber mouldings. This wealth of knowledge and experience provides a complete understanding of the process required to produce consistently good mouldings... We can produce rubber components from the smallest seals and grommets, to large chunky items, using from 1g of rubber up to 2.8kg of rubber per article. We do this using either our compression presses or our large injection moulding presses... We also offer a bonding service, bonding rubber to metal, aluminium or brass. We de-grease, shot blast and apply adhesive in house to ensure the perfect bond.
