We operate a full time team of between 25 and 30 skilled tradesmen with a dedicated site foreman responsible for day to day operations and site management of the project. Typically around 85% of all construction and finishing work will be undertaken in house, this strategy minimises reliance on external subcontractors, facilitates co-ordinated programming and ensures continuity of work on the project... We work in close association with a large number of construction professionals and are able to offer a full design and build package for the majority of projects, this is an increasingly popular construction strategy eliminating many of the common problems and setbacks associated with the traditional building process. There are many advantages to design and build; one point of contact, budget overruns are minimised, costly errors are avoided and cohesive project management allows the client maximum creative input.
