Gavin has 20 years experience as a leadership coach and consultant. He has consulted to organizations in many industry sectors around the world. Gavin looks after our US business. He is part of the coaching faculty at the MIT Sloan School of Management, and the MIT Leadership Center. He holds an MBA from the University of Warwick Business School and a BA (Hons) Political Science from the University of East Anglia.
John is an author, researcher and highly experienced coach who approaches life as a continuous research project, integrating the personal and professional and finding ways to bring the hidden habits of work into the light of day. He recently led a 5 year co-research programme with Ashridge Hult International Business School into ‘Speaking Truth to Power' which culminated in the publication of the book ‘Speak Up' in July 2019.
