Heath Hearn

"Heath was born in Chesterfield, near Sheffield, and grew up amongst the red brick houses of an urbanised post-industrial environment nestled amid the rolling and iconic landscape of Yorkshire, a dichotomy that has been apparent in his work ever since he started painting.

Jane Waller

Jane Waller is one of those people the British find difficult to categorize: someone who excels in a whole range of activities. After studying drawing, painting and sculpture she turned to ceramics, producing work described by the Arts Editor of the International Herald Tribune as "among the greatest creations of twentieth century pottery".

John Whittall

British postwar & contemporary painter born in 1947, John Whittall studied at Camberwell School of Art and Crafts and the Royal Academy Schools. His work encompasses portraiture, still life and landscape. Whittall has works in permanent collections in the National Portrait Gallery and Westminster Abbey.

Josephine Chisholm

Josephine graduated from the Bristol College of Art and Design as a graphic designer in 1974. She later on completed painting courses in Melbourne, Roehampton, Harrogate, West Dean College and Winchester.

Mary-Jane Alexander

Mary-Jane Alexander was born in Zimbabwe and graduated from the University of Cape Town (BA Fine Arts) where she was taught by Maurice Van Esche who had been a pupil of Matisse. Before arriving in England in 1977, she exhibited widely in Zimbabwe, lectured in anatomy and life drawing at the Bulawayo Art College and presented programmes on

Rod Pearce

Rod Pearce was born in 1942 and graduated from Chelsea Art School in 1964. He worked as an illustrator before becoming a professional artist in 1989. Since 1990, he has had numerous one man exhibitions and many mixed ones. He has also shown in public exhibitions such as the NEAC and the RI. His work hangs in many private collections throughout the workd including well-known politicians, actors and professionals. He has also done illustration work, commissions for films and three large paintings for the Queen Mary II ocean liner.
