Southwark Charities is a charitable company limited by guarantee incorporated in 2010 and is registered with the Charity Commission. Southwark Charities also makes grants to a range of local community groups and Charities who are working with older people... We are a grouping of five old established charities, the oldest of which was founded in 1603 and the most recent in 1985. These charities were merged under a scheme of the Charity Commission dated 10 th December 2010. The scheme provided for Southwark Charities to administer the merged charity and to act as its trustee.
