Having worked in the recruitment industry for the past 14 years Crissy has taken a sideward step into a Digital Marketing role, utilising her passion for marketing and love of ethical recruitment practices.
Crissy says........ "I love the buzz of recruitment and can finally put my Marketing qualifications to good use within my new role, although as they say…..Once a recruiter, always a recruiter so I will occasionally be working on specific roles too!!"
Nikola is one of the two Recruiting Directors that run POD People UK Ltd. She has over 10 years experience of recruiting temporary, permanent and contract roles at all levels. Having built excellent relationships with clients and candidates over the years repeat business comes naturally.
Nikola says………."Due to my recruitment knowledge and experience, it doesn't take me long to understand exactly what my clients and candidates are looking for. I have extensive experience of working on a range of vacancies but generally they include positions within Sales, Marketing, Customer Service, Administration, Projects, Recruitment, Logistics, Supply Chain and Human Resources. I enjoy a challenge and love working on positions that test my abilities!"
