Jeremy Mason

Like many boys from the Solent area, Jeremy started sailing with his family from an early age. After leaving school with an interest in sailing and a desire to travel Jeremy joined his first yacht in Monaco as a lowly deckhand.

Jonathan Taylor

Jonathan grew up sailing with his Father in Chichester harbour and then further afield as the family yacht was upgraded with more capable designs. Jonathan started a career in the yachting industry straight out of college and soon qualified as a Captain and Instructor working in the Med, Caribbean and sailing between the two. Jonathan has worked as a Captain aboard sailing vessels up to 80' being responsible for all aspects of maintenance, upgrading and of course sailing these impressive yachts. Hanging up his commercial sailing boots in 2014, Jonathan joined Transworld Yachts as a broker shortly there-after.

Pauline started boating as a child on the River Itchen. She began her career in the marine industry working for Swedish boat builder Storebro Royal Cruisers in Hamble. After working for marine chandlers and Vickers Ship builders in Southampton, in 2001 she completed the circle by joining the crew at Transworld Yachts and another famous Swedish boat builder Hallberg-Rassy. When not managing the office at Hamble Pauline is a significant supporter of some national charities and she is a crew member on the UK's last commercially operated steam ship the S.S. SHIELDHALL, now operated as a charity out of Southampton.
