The company was founded by Will Buckingham-Burr and Sean Mackenzie in 2007. We established our position in the UK market as one of the first investors to pursue a regional office development strategy following the financial crisis successfully investing over £100m of equity with a range of different investment partners. All the assets in the regional office portfolio were profitably exited by 2017 and since then we have diversified our investment activities across the UK commercial property sectors undertaking thematic strategies in retail warehousing and long-income logistics.
