We were originally founded in 1985 and have been owned and run by Julie and Nick Spayne since 2007. In 2018 we purchased Pearson and Ranger Limited, which increased our property portfolio and our team. We now have over 580 properties on our books and believe we are one of the largest companies in the Teignbridge area; most of our growth has been gained through word of mouth and recommendations. We live locally and we trade locally, building strong bonds with the community we work in...
