Andrew Pilkington

Job Titles:

  • Test / Commissioning Engineer
Andrew is responsible for managing the implementation & resources associated with the digitisation of the Company. Andrew is also the Director responsible for the Test & Systems Integration Functions. Andrew joined the Company in 1997. After a period in the role of Test / Commissioning Engineer, Andrew's comprehensive technical knowledge gave rise to continued promotion. His technical & prior leadership of the Systems Integration Team has enabled the business to deliver some of the most challenging & large-scale ICA / SCADA projects.

Anna Hinson

Job Titles:
  • Business Assurance Director
Before joining Lintott in 2017, Anna was QHSE & Business Development Manager at Techflo Energy Services Ltd. This varied customer-centric role included responsibility for business assurance as well as assisting with sales development. During her tenure, Anna successfully overhauled the Business Management System resulting in UKAS approved accreditation in ISO 9001, ISO 14001 & ISO 45001. In her spare time, Anna is a volunteer for a national mental health charity & chairs the Norwich-based support group. In 2021, Anna was a finalist in the "Woman of the Year" category at the Water Industry Awards receiving the highly commended accolade.

David Blood

Job Titles:
  • Manufacturing Manager
David initially joined Lintott in December 2020 as Engineering Manager, following a 15-year tenure at Tech Safe Systems, a leading supplier of hydraulic handling, lifting and access equipment for offshore and onshore, containerised control systems and electric winches. In February 2022, David moved into a new role as Lintott's Manufacturing Manager. David brings with him a vast array of experience servicing high profile industry sectors including oil & gas, nuclear, renewables and super yachts manufacturers. David assumes overall responsibility and accountability of all manufacturing aspects throughout and associated with the Company. This incorporates products, solutions and technical activities, as well as people and budgetary management.

David Owen

Job Titles:
  • Managing Director - Water Technologies
David is a Chartered Management Accountant, Manufacturing Top 100 Figure & IET Fellow. In addition to his responsibilities as Managing Director, David is directly responsible for leading the Company's Business Development, Procurement & Finance functions. Prior to joining the Company, David held a number of financial & non-financial directorships with other manufacturing & engineering organisations. He was latterly Commercial Director at AESSEAL plc. There during his tenure, he was directly involved in the global development of the Company & its market-focused growth strategy.

Ellie Woodrow

Job Titles:
  • Office Manager
During her ten-year tenure, Ellie has successfully completed various training courses as part of her career & management development plan. Ellie returned to the Company in 2008 in an administrative capacity. Reflecting tenacity for detail, in 2012, Ellie transferred to the Business Assurance function, where she gained experience in auditing, planning, process design & Health & Safety. In 2015, Ellie transferred to the role of Site Services Co-ordinator, which majored on her prior learning. In 2016, whilst undertaking her CIPD Level 5 qualification, Ellie became responsible for production-based activities. At the end of 2018, HRM was added to her area of responsibility.

Jamie Thums

Job Titles:
  • Operations Director - Water Technologies
A Top 100 Manufacturing Figure, IET Fellow & Chair of the New Anglia Advanced Manufacturing & Engineering ["NAAME"] sector group, Jamie is a Chartered graduate & time-served Engineer. In recognition of service to manufacturing, Jamie received an MBE in the Queen's Birthday Honours List 2020. In addition to assisting with Off-Site-Build ["OSB"] activities for the Galliford Try Environment business, Jamie provides directorial assistance across a broad range of strategic & operational activities. Prior to joining Lintott, Jamie was General Manager & Head of Excellence at AESSEAL plc.
