QVSR is committed to supporting the Government's strategies with regards to homelessness and to offer accommodation to those in need in order to alleviate homelessness in London. Our service is not restricted to seafarers or ex-servicemen, the objects of our charity allow us to: "provide accommodation for the benefit of any person having need of such facilities by reason of their youth, age, infirmity, disablement, poverty or social and economic circumstances"... QVSR has provided shelter for ex-servicemen from all the Armed Forces since the first World War. As an Associate Member of COBSEO we work in partnership with many other veteran organisations to reduce homelessness amongst ex-servicemen and SSAFA provide a monthly outreach service... QVSR provides accommodation and welfare support to active and retired seafarers, veterans of the armed forces and other homeless men.
