He is skilled at getting me to explore how I currently perform, where my strengths lie and challenges me about the assumptions I make about my role as a leader. Andrew is robust in bringing to the fore aspects of my personality that drive my performance. As a result of developing a greater self awareness I have been better able to rise to the challenges of performing at a very high level. Andrew maintains strong rapport whilst also helping me explore areas I find difficult. I look forward to the coaching sessions and find them extremely helpful."
