Chris Bett

Meet Chris Bett, our People Manager at ramsac. With 6 years of technology recruitment experience, including 3 years in-house at ramsac, Chris is responsible for managing the recruitment and our HR/People function. He is passionate about maintaining an excellent candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey and establishing ramsac as a destination employer that is recognised as a great place to work. Chris is also responsible for our "life at ramsac" Instagram account giving insights into day to day at ramsac. "Life at ramsac is special, I've always enjoyed my job, but at ramsac I feel I have found my passion for my job. As Managing Director, Dan leads the ramsac Leadership Team as we deliver an exciting growth programme and develop new services to support the ever-changing needs of our diverse client base. Dan's primary role is to lead the development and delivery of our annual business plan, our sales and marketing strategy and our people strategy. Outside of ramsac, Dan is the Chairman of St John Ambulance Sussex and a member of the charity's national steering body, appointments committee and honours & awards committee. He leads the Brighton & Hove Community First Responder network on behalf of the Ambulance Service, Chairs the Challengers Business Network and the Brighton District Nursing Association Trust. He's married and has two children and a Labrador and lives in Hove. "Lots of organisations talk about culture as a tick box exercise. Ed joined ramsac in 2015 as a Support Apprentice after leaving college. Progressing through the Support Team and later moving over to the Technical Department, he currently oversees the Technical Delivery Team. In this role, he leads both the Technical Consultants and Field Support Consultants who deliver the network development and onsite support elements of client's contracts. Ed has a passion for developing innovative processes and products to benefit his team and ramsac's clients, from implementing solutions to optimising procedures.

Frank is our Relationship Team Manager. He has been working at ramsac for over 6 years, progressing from being a Relationship Manager a couple of years ago. Previously from an events/video background, Frank has immersed himself in the world of IT and even though it can be a technical and complicated place, he ensures our clients understand IT on a simple level so that they can make the most informed decisions resulting in the best outcomes for their organisations.

Jonathan Dobson

Jonathan Dobson leads our support team with responsibility for customer service, technical expertise and ongoing development of our support function. Jonathan has over 20 years' experience working in IT Support,  he is really passionate about developing and nurturing our own home grown talent and seeing them blossom and become talented IT Professionals. He lives with his wife and dog in West Sussex, where he enjoys eating out and cycling. "Working at ramsac means everything to me, doing what we do with integrity and a strong moral compass perfectly aligns with my own personal values which is key for me. Over and above that, are the people I work with, we are very picky about who joins the team but it pays dividends and I love working with a diverse group that inspire, challenge, support, nurture and love what they do, which always makes me feel valued and part of something truly special."

Josh White

Josh runs one half of our support team, Team Maple. He has been with the support team for 13 years, joining ramsac in 2011 as an IT apprentice, moving into his management position 7 years ago. Leading a team of enthusiastic and driven IT professionals to deliver top quality service is a real passion of his, and enjoys getting stuck into complex scenarios to help bring clarity.

Louise Howland

Louise is the Marketing and Communications Manager at ramsac. With over 20 years of experience in technology marketing, she is passionate about delivering IT content that is easy to understand. Lou oversees the business' communications, marketing content, events, and digital marketing strategies, and she has been with ramsac for 9 years. Lou lives in Surrey with her husband and two sons and enjoys cooking and walking in her spare time.

Luca Whiteway

Luca joined ramsac in 2016 as a Support Apprentice and progressed through the Support Team, taking on his role as a manager in 2021. He leads a team of driven IT professionals and has a passion for delivering outstanding service to our clients. Luca will often be involved in the development of both the support team as a whole, as well as it's individual members, and loves to see his team learn and grow, furthering their careers within IT.

Magda Middleton - CFO

Magda Middleton is our head of finance and is responsible for all aspects of running the internal Accounts and Finance department, including reporting, budgeting, payroll and credit control. Magda is a qualified accountant with 15 years' experience in managing SMEs finance, though numbers are not her only interest: she's also a passionate cellist, an avid bookworm and a cat lover.

Peter Tooke looks after the Technical Delivery arm of our business, which includes our Projects Team, Technical Team and Technical Development team. He is passionate about having processes in place that allow the team to deliver consistently outstanding service, as well as getting stuck into "unsolvable" problems! Peter has been at ramsac for 16 years in different roles and lives in West Sussex with his wife and 2 cats. Outside of work, he loves running and seeing live music. "Working at ramsac is about collaborating with like minded people who are all striving to find innovative ways to work with and look after our clients. We challenge each other if something isn't right, we find new ways of doing things when they go wrong and we come together and support each other when it matters the most - all whilst enjoying what we're doing and trying to have a little bit of fun while we're doing it!"

Rob is our Executive Chairman and one of the co-founders of the business, he oversees our strategy and culture. He is a well-known author and speaker in the fields of AI and Information Security, his books ‘Harnessing AI' and ‘The Human Firewall' are available in 7 countries and he travels the world giving talks and provoking thought. He sits on several industry advisory boards. He is the UK Ambassador for Cybersecurity with the IoD and Rob is also a Leadership Fellow at Windsor Castle, a Fellow of The IoD, and a Fellow at BSDC where he also serves as the Patron for Employability.

Sally Cooper - COO

Sally is one of the founders of the business and oversees the Finance, Operations and Technical team. Responsible for financial management, procurement, project management, and resourcing, she has a career that spans over 30 years in the IT sector. Working with a number of local charities over the years, Sally is a keen traveller and has recently been set the challenge to take up mountain biking! "To me the ramsac culture has really shone through over the last couple of years. Being part of a team of people who genuinely care and support each other, embracing the challenges, listening to our clients' needs and striving to deliver an exceptional service throughout, whilst continuing to improve not only themselves, but the way we work as a company.
