AMSPROP ESTATES - Key Persons
Andrew Cohen is a Chartered Surveyor with over twenty five years experience in property. After working at Brian Cooper & Company in the West End he joined Amsprop in 1991. In 2000 he was appointed to the Board of Amsprop and now oversees the acquisition of new properties and the asset management of the growing portfolio. Andrew is supported by Jake Mullem.
Daniel Sugar is responsible for the group's investment, trading and development strategy. He has been employed at Amsprop for over 20 years and previously held a senior operational post at a high profile UK listed company. Daniel is assisted by Lucie Blake.
James Hughes joined Amsprop in 2002 and was appointed to the board in 2008 as Estates Director. He leads a growing team that is responsible for the company's construction, redevelopment and refurbishment programmes as well as overseeing the group's day to day tenant management including all issues relating to Health & Safety. James previously worked for Tottenham Hotspur Football Club where he held the position of Property Manager.

Mike Ray is the Group Finance Director. A qualified accountant (ACA), Mike has worked for Lord Sugar for over 30 years in various capacities.
His primary responsibilities are the day to day running of the finance function for Amsprop and its associated companies.
