DRIVE THERAPY

Drive Therapy works in a completely different way to traditional refresher driving lessons. Traditional refresher lessons work on the client's car control and driving skills. Which is important however, I focus on helping clients challenge their self limiting beliefs and negative thought process that the client has learnt and attached (subconsciously) to the driving task. We challenge these negative thoughts and beliefs by using a combination of Life Coaching, CBT and Behavioural Change techniques to help the client regain focus on the driving task at hand.
