Local Pharmaceutical Committees (LPCs) represent all NHS pharmacy owners in a defined locality, usually one or more specified NHS Integrated Care Board (ICB) area and Local Authority Health and Wellbeing board areas... LPCs are recognised by NHS England and NHS ICBs at a local level. They are consulted on local matters affecting pharmacy owners.
