Pandora broadened her surgical experience during Travel Fellowships to Paediatric ENT and Rhinology centres both in the USA (Boston) and in France (Paris and Nancy). She spent several years at Great Ormond Street Hospital, and was appointed Clinical Fellow twice during her training (at the time the only Fellowship in the United Kingdom)... After qualifying from St Thomas's Hospital Medical School in 1986, Pandora started her career in General Practice, gaining a Distinction in the Membership exam of The Royal College of General Practitioners and further qualifications in Obstetrics and Gynaecology and Ear, Nose and Throat (ENT) Surgery. She so enjoyed ENT that she decided to specialise in it, subsequently obtaining the Fellowship of the Royal College of Surgeons of England.
