Sharon Cowell is the firm's technical property law expert, specialising in both the legal and procedural aspects of conveyancing, assisting Stephen when necessary if technical issues arise during your transaction. Sharon qualified as a solicitor in 1993 after gaining a degree in Law from the University of Nottingham and completing her training contract at Nabarro (now CMS Cameron McKenna Nabarro Olswang LLP) in London. She continued to work for Nabarro where she specialised in commercial property until 2000 when she moved on to join Stephen as a partner at Pigotts. Both Sharon and Stephen feel it is most important to keep up to date with current developments and regularly complete professional development courses in conveyancing law and practice.
