We are a traditonal family business run by Matthew and David Smith who have been in the trade for nearly 30 years... Our service includes prepared seafood platters along with Crab, Lobster and cooked and dressed Salmon - all made to your individual requirements... We sell the freshest fish and shellfish from the most local and sustainable sources as well as naturally smoked and undyed fish. Our wide range of stock includes local line caught Trout, organic Salmon from the Faroe Islands and Sea Trout (Sewen) depending on seasonal availability.
