Stonebridge is, first and foremost, a home; some of us work here, some of us live here, but whatever we're doing, we're doing it together... provided by a skilled, established team. Stonebridge supports adults (18 yrs +) living with moderate to severe dementia and/or enduring mental illness; we specialise in caring for those who express their frustration, anger, pain or boredom through risk behaviours, more usually labelled as "challenging" or "aggressive".
