We work closely with those building the properties to ensure that they are being built in accordance with Building Regulation Drawings and those of consultants such as structural engineers. By carrying out typically 14 inspections on a new build we are able to identify any issues at an early stage and work with contractors to ensure these are put right before continuing to the next stage of the build...
