Amit qualified from the University of Newcastle-Upon-Tyne in 2005. He continued his Vocational Training in the North East before moving to the South Coast to be closer to his family. He joined Grand Avenue Dental Practice in 2006 and has greatly enjoyed building a strong, long-lasting relationship with his patients.
Amit has continued his studies by gaining the Membership to the Joint Dental Faculties of the Royal College of Surgeons (MJDF RCS Eng) in 2009. He has completed a year long certificate in Cosmetic Dentistry and Aesthetic Restorative Dentistry in 2012 with the internationally-renowned Dr Chris Orr. Amit enjoys all aspects of general dentistry but has a particular interest in cosmetic orthodontics, being an Invisalign and Six Month Smiles Certified practitioner. Amit is also an Enhanced Practitioner in Endodontics for West Sussex.
Amit loves to cook, travel, and enjoys a physical challenge, having ran the Paris Marathon in 2012.
Catherine qualified from the Royal London Hospital, London in 1995 and joined the practice in the same year. Catherine is interested in the full range of general dentistry. She finds pleasure in her patient's commitment to visiting her regularly and maintaining a good level of oral hygiene.
Catherine's interests include reading and motor racing, watching rather than partaking. She is an avid walker and enjoys spending time at Petworth House where she is a volunteer.
Gaynor qualified from Manchester University Dental Hospital in 1989 and since then thoroughly enjoys working as a dentist at Grand Avenue Dental Practice.
She has a wealth of clinical experience backed up with ongoing postgraduate training to improve her knowledge and skills so that she can provide the very best she can for her many longstanding patients.
Gaynor's post graduate training includes restorative dentistry at the Eastman Dental Hospital in London, cosmetic dentistry in London and more recently orthodontics with a consultant orthodontist in Wales, many of which have been a year-long or more courses. Gaynor is trained in Invisalign and fixed cosmetic braces. Since 2008 she has been a full member of the British Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry.
Gaynor likes caring for the whole family's dental well-being. Her friendly yet professional manner helps to put everyone at ease whilst helping them to maintain healthy teeth and gums combined with a great smile.
Gaynor is married with two teenage sons who keep her busy or is it she who keeps them busy… especially outdoors!
Jessica qualified as a dental Hygienist from Kings College London in April 2002 and joined the practice part-time the same year. She was previously a dental nurse for 5 years prior to this. Jessica holds a BTEC in promotion of Oral health and Radiography and worked at an implant centre for several years before joining the team here full time.
Outside of dentistry Jessica has a little boy William, who keeps her very busy. She has a love of baking and enjoys keeping fit with Clubbersize and Zumba classes
Lucy qualified from Eastman Dental Institute in 2000. Since then she has worked mainly in private practices in Surrey, Essex & West Sussex. Lucy has worked at Grand Avenue Dental Practice for over three years.
Lucy loves to run for fitness including partaking in marathons. In her spare time she enjoys drawing, painting and making jewellery. Other interests include films, Lego and Star Wars.
Meena qualified as a dentist in India in 1998 and after working in general dentistry for a few years joined post-graduation in Oral Surgery which she duly finished in 2004. After joining her husband in the UK she had to take qualifying exams conducted by the General Dental Council to practise dentistry in the UK. Further she pursued post graduate qualifications from the Royal College of Surgeons of England leading to MFDS in 2008. Before joining Grand Avenue, Meena worked in dental practices in Sussex for over 8 years.
Meena is soft spoken by nature and spends time to build rapport with patients whilst looking after not only their oral health but also bringing a holistic approach to dentistry. She has recently finished her one year course on Aesthetic and Restorative dentistry by renowned dentist in the UK Dr Chris Orr. The aim of the course was to take dentistry to a higher level which definitely helps to provide treatments to her patients to a higher standard.
Meena has two daughters with whom she loves to spend time whenever possible. She enjoys travelling, practices yoga regularly to keep her going. Loves cooking Indian food and trying new recipes.
Madhu graduated from a dental school in southern India in 1998. He came to UK in 2004 and had to take qualifying exams before practising dentistry in the UK. Madhu has worked as an associate dentist in west of Cornwall for over three years before moving to Hastings where he worked for over six years. He moved to Worthing in 2014 having brought into the partnership with Peter Kaslik.
His interest in gaining further knowledge and keeping updated with the latest technology in dentistry over the last 10 years led him to obtain several post graduate qualifications from highly respected institutions in the UK. Madhu has been a trainer in the past training the newly qualified dentists. He has also worked as honorary clinical teacher in King's Dental Hospital for a short period before deciding to focus all his attention in General Dental Practice.
Madhu has special interest in aesthetic and restorative dentistry which in simple words covers both function and cosmetic aspect of the teeth. He aims to provide and perform dentistry to highest standards and treat patients as his own family members. Currently he is working towards gaining a Diploma in Implantology from Royal College of Surgeons, England.
Madhu is married and his wife Meena is also a dentist. They have two girls who keep them quite busy. In his free time Madhu loves reading books, playing badminton and squash.
Peter joined Grand Avenue Dental Practice in Worthing in 1984 with a view to becoming a partner and owner, which was finalised in1986 where he continues to practice as one of the two existing Partner/owners. During his time at Grand Avenue Dental Practice Peter has served as a Vocational Dental Trainer for several years, mentoring newly qualified dentists in the practice.

Rachel qualified as a Dental Nurse in 2004 with an NVQ Level 3 in Oral Healthcare: Dental Nursing and later joined Grand Avenue Dental Practice in November 2005 as a Dental Nurse. In November 2010 she became the Practice Champion for Infection Prevention and Control.
In 2011 Rachel started to work 1 day a week in the office doing administrative work. On her return from maternity leave in 2013, she moved into the office and took on more administrative and compliance duties alongside bookkeeping.
Rachel is currently working towards a Level 2 Diploma in Business Administration.
Outside of working at Grand Avenue Rachel enjoys going to the gym, socialising and spending time with her family.
