Ysgol Llanbedr is a co-educational primary school based in the village of Llanbedr. We are a English 1st language school but feel strongly about promoting Welsh as a 2nd language... Ysgol Llanbedr is a small rural English language Church of Wales primary school. It was founded in 1829 and moved just outside the village to the current site in 1864. It is ideally situated in open countryside with beautiful surroundings overlooked by Moel Famau and Moel Fenlli in the heart of the Vale of Clwyd. We have excellent outdoor facilities which include a large playing field, Multi-use Games pitch, wildlife and reflection gardens, a school vegetable garden and a dedicated Forest Schools area.
