Dalila Rodriguez was educated in Spain where she received her law degree from the University Complutense of Madrid in 1992. She furthered her education by obtaining her degree at the School of Juridical Practice in Córdoba, where she began practising as a lawyer in 1993.
In 1996 she completed 2 years of postgraduate studies at the University of Córdoba in a program called "Family and Constitution (Supreme Law)".

John Stanbridge graduated with a BA (Hons.) in business studies, specialising in international finance.
John began his working career with Stoll Moss Theatres Ltd. in London as Head of Theatre Accounting and was with them for two years. Whilst in this role, John qualified as a Chartered Certified Accountant passing the International qualification in minimum time. Following Stoll Moss Theatres, John joined Freeport Leisure PLC, a publicly quoted London Stock Exchange property development company, as Head of Finance. Freeport experienced extensive growth in five years and John was heavily instrumental in this growth seeing Freeport rise from a market value of £10m to £500m. Due to this growth, Freeport was the best performing property stock for two consecutive years and nominated Property Company of The Year in 1997.
Also, during his time at Freeport, John was responsible for two Rights Issues raising £20m and £100m respectively within three years and worked very closely with International Banks and leading City institutions. John sat on various management committees and Boards and was a key element of future strategy and growth development. It was during his time at Freeport that he was able to fully exploit his talent for commercial and creative accounting that forms an integral element of KSI Costa Consulting & Advisors.
From Freeport Leisure PLC John was approached to join Sportsworld Media Group PLC, a FTSE 250 advertising and sports media business, as Head of Global Finance. John was responsible for finance in North America, Europe, Middle East and Asia Pacific. As a truly global position, John had the opportunity and ability to use International Accounting Standards to maximise profits and achieve optimum company performance.
John formed KSI Costa Consulting Group in January 2002.

Martin is a real estate advisor, with experience of the property market in many areas of mainland Spain. With a background in the legal profession, Martin held a senior management position with a progressive European retailer before setting up and running a management consultancy business with bases in London and Yorkshire.
After the company was purchased by a well-known UK plc, Martin emigrated to Spain to pursue a more relaxed and balanced lifestyle. After working for one of Spain's most respected property companies, he then helped to establish a business specialising in investment property in Southern Spain, before setting up his own freelance consulting company, offering relocation and purchase advice to a broad spectrum of Spanish property buyers.
Martin is well-known for his honest, straight-forward style, and has seen articles and commentaries published in a variety of magazines, including the British Airways in-flight journal. He is able to offer opinion and advice on a range of topics, including analysis of the different areas of Spain, the Spanish property market in general, investment property purchase, and the pros and cons of buying a property in Spain.

Steve Keys has worked for IMS for almost 5 years, 10 months in the UK and then transferred to Marbella in October 2003 where he joined the team of Spanish advisors. During this period Steve has seen many changes within the market and regularly keeps in touch with all the lenders, building strong relations so that product knowledge is kept up to date, allowing Steve to pass the very best information on to his clients and help them with any questions they may have.
