Each of the schools has its own Head and these school leaders work closely together to ensure that we deliver a curriculum which meets the needs of all children and that opportunities for our children are broad and challenging. In addition, there is an Executive Leadership team for the Trust as a whole, which comprises the CEO of the Trust, Mr Gary Chown, four Directors of School Improvement, a Head of HR and a Head of Finance. The Executive team oversees and supports school improvement for all of the schools, at a local level Mr Gilbert ensure's Wilcombe Primary School continues to provide an excellent level of education for all of its pupils... Wilcombe is a nurturing, vibrant and joyful school and is small enough to be able to know and treat every child as an individual. We pride ourselves on the relationships we build between children, staff and parents and aim to create a sense of family across the school community...
