Bev originally worked at Chapman Petrie between 1987-1996, becoming a partner, before leaving to have a family. Bev re-joined Chapman Petrie in 2012, as a consultant, having worked as an asset management surveyor for HM Prison Service and Kenmore Property Group.
Bev deals with commercial property landlord and tenant negotiations, lease restructuring, lettings and disposals for a number of clients including institutions, property companies and family trusts.

Chantelle Levy joined Chapman Petrie as a Facilities manager in 2021 after working at Savills and Structadene.
Chantelle acts as the first point of call for all day to day building maintenance queries, health and safety compliance and works closely with all contractors ensuring Chapman Petrie provide the best possible service to our clients and occupiers.
Freddie has led the Asset Services team at Chapman Petrie since 2019 with a renewed focus on delivering outstanding client centric property and asset management.
Following success working with some of the top performing funds in the UK and ultra-high net worth individuals in Australia; Freddie applies his understanding of the nuances of the property market to deliver forward thinking solutions to each Client and ensure top class performance of their assets at all stages of the portfolio's business plan.
Marc has over 15 years' experience in the UK commercial property industry and he has been a key member of the investment team at Chapman Petrie since 2006.
Marc has acted on behalf of both major UK institutions and high net worth investors across the main asset sectors on a number of significant transactions.
Niall has recently joined the team from CBRE and has almost 30 years experience specialising in the London Capital markets. With a particular expertise in the Midtown and Southbank areas Niall has concluded significant purchases, sales, development schemes and asset management initiatives for numerous institutional funds, private Individuals, overseas entities, REITS and property companies.
Piers founded Chapman Petrie in 1984 and remains an integral member of the investment team today.
Throughout his career Piers has acted on behalf of all the major UK institutions and property companies with great success and continues to work with an extensive and high level range of contacts.
Rob is an equity partner and has been at Chapman Petrie since 2002. During that time he has operated across all parts of the UK investment market. With a focus on prime assets in core locations Rob has concluded transactions on behalf of many of the UK's leading institutions and also ultra-high net worth investors. In the last 5 years he has transacted in excess of £1 Billion of property.
Rob leads the capital markets team on a day to day basis overseeing strategy and ensuring good practice.
