Francoise is a member of Resolution. She is a trained collaborative lawyer and a mediator. She mediates in French and in English.

Kerstin advises clients on all issues arising from the breakdown of relationships, including jurisdiction disputes, divorce and financial remedy proceedings, cohabitation as well as pre- and post-nuptial agreements. She also advises on children matters including surrogacy, residence, contact and applications for leave to remove children from the jurisdiction. All of Kerstin's cases have an international element and many of them involve high net worth individuals. Kerstin is a German national. She studied law in Germany and was admitted to the German bar (Amtsgericht Lübeck) in 1999 (non-practising) before cross-qualifying as a solicitor in England and Wales. She was admitted to the Supreme Court of England and Wales in 2001. Kerstin worked for 10 years in a well-known City law firm specialising in international family law before founding her own practice. She set up Beyer Family Law in 2010. Many of Kerstin's clients are German nationals or clients who reside abroad who are involved in litigation in England. Kerstin is a member of Resolution and a collaborative lawyer. Principal Partner, Kerstin Beyer, is a German speaking family and divorce lawyer based in London. She was admitted as a solicitor to the Supreme Court of England and Wales in 2001 and prior to that as a Rechtsanwältin to the German bar in 1999 (non-practising).

Monika Pirani

Monika advises clients on all aspects of family law arising from the breakdown of relationships between married or unmarried couples, including those in civil partnerships. She advises on jurisdiction disputes, divorce and financial remedy proceedings as well as pre- and post-nuptial agreements, civil partnerships and cohabitation agreements. Monika also advises on disputes about arrangements for children and leave to remove applications. Most of her cases have an international element and involve high net worth individuals. Monika is bi-lingual, German and English, and deals with many international clients including client who reside abroad and are involved in litigation in England. She was admitted as a solicitor to the Supreme Court of England and Wales in 1995. She is also a family law mediator accredited by the Family Mediation Council and the Law Society of England and Wales. Monika previously worked at large London firms before joining Beyer Family Law as a consultant. Monika is a member of Resolution. She has been accredited by Resolution as a family lawyer specialising in advanced financial provision and children law. Monika is an accredited member of the Family Law Panel of the Law Society and a committee member of the British German Jurists Association.
