Aisling O'Hagan

With more than 20 years' experience in media, Aisling has worked in a wide variety of genres including live TV, children's, comedy, reality and popular factual. Trained as a features journalist on The Daily Mail and Daily Telegraph, she wrote 10 children's books (including 8 Thunderbirds stories) - before moving into TV current affairs and then onto The Big Breakfast, where she launched the careers of the Irish puppets Zig and Zag. She was also part of the Planet 24 development team that put together the original treatment for Survivor. After 10 years working in corporate entertainment and branded content for British Airways, Aisling returned to broadcast TV to produce the 3 initial series of The Only Way is Essex, and then began a successful career working as a development producer with a number of companies, including Optomen, Objective, Waddell Media, Channel 5 and BBC. Aisling started working as Head of Development at One Tribe TV in 2017 and has been involved in a number of documentaries commissioned by major broadcasters - including The Truth About Antibiotics for BBC1, Inside the Bomb Squad for Channel 4 and Dirty Vegan for BBC Wales.

Callum Davies

Callum graduated from Bath Spa University in 2022 with a first class honours in Film TV & Digital Production. Having joined One Tribe in October 2021 on a work experience basis he has now moved into the role of Motion Graphic Designer. He is mainly responsible for producing bespoke motion graphics content for productions across the business.

Celia Qu

Celia joined One Tribe in March 2022 as a Camera Operator and predominately films for The One Show alongside other corporate, TV and documentary productions. Since graduating from her film degree at Falmouth University and FAMU Prague with first class honours in 2018 she worked for a number of production and post-production facilities including The Farm, Design102, Silverback Films and Schoolyard films across multiple roles including Camera Operator, DIT, Kit Technician and Editor. Celia loves a good story and getting the most out of interviewees, she has recently been filming One Big Thank You for The One Show meeting exceptional members of the community from all walks of life. She has previously filmed with government ministers and Barak Obama. Outside of work, Celia enjoys travelling, having backpacked across Europe, China and South America and having worked in a travelling circus for a year. She loves anything to do with the sea taking pleasure in surfing, sea swimming and boating.

Francesca Barbieri

Francesca graduated from University of South Wales with a degree in Performance and Media. After graduating, She was then selected for the prestigious industry talent scheme 'The Network' as part of the Edinburgh International TV Festival. During this talent scheme, she was involved in producing a 30-minute live TV show. Francesca is the Junior Production Manager at One Tribe TV, based in both the Cardiff and Bath offices. Francesca has worked on BBC1 Wales' Wonders of the Celtic Deep, Wild Man to Ironman, Dirty Vegan Series 1&2, The Great Indoors, BBC 1 West's The Great Staycation: Glastonbury, Get-away with the Fairies, BBC 1's The One Show, Our Lives: Our Island Home, BBC Scotland's Accidental Renovators, BBC Sounds' I was 30, I'm now 15, BBC Radio Wales' Sunday Morning with Anna Ryder Richardson Series 1&2, ITV's Keeping Up With Britain's Biggest Families, and Channel 4's Inside The Bomb Squad and Jonnie's Blade Camp. Francesca also works across One Tribe TV's sister company One Tribe Talent as the Talent Coordinator managing financing. Outside of work, she loves going to music festivals and travelling.

Freya Moore

Freya graduated from Bath Spa University with a first-class degree in Film, TV, and Digital Production. Between studying and working at One Tribe Freya co-produced, filmed and edited a charity film with Ken Loach about elderly people's love and memories of old steam trains.

Hsin-Ying Lee

Hsin-Ying Lee studied at the University of Arts London, with first-class honours in Fashion Styling and Production. She found a passion for moving images when creating fashion films. Her graduation project Shredded was selected by London Fashion Film Festival 2019. Hsin-Ying's career began in the documentary Isolated Island as a production coordinator. She also participated in TV show Tasty Taiwan (Chinese Television System), the feature film Herstory, Pawns with No Return and the short film Dark Night. Hsin-Ying Lee joined OneTribe TV in June 2022 as a project management assistant. Recently, she has been working on a co-production project The Footsteps of Marco Polo (CCTV). Hsin-Ying loves Art History and spends lots of time in museums. She enjoys hiking and doing yoga in her spare time.

Isaac Sneade

Isaac joined One Tribe in May 2022 after a work experience placement in 2021. He is a researcher on The One Show and works across the One Big Thank Yous as well as Regular VTs. Previously he has worked as a Junior Assistant Producer in football broadcasting for Gravity Media in London where he edit produced for a variety of Premier League clubs and football clients. He is as comfortable in a live gallery as he is on location. Isaac completed a master's degree in TV Journalism at City University of London in 2021 and has made documentaries on Witchcraft in Glastonbury and Gay Conversion Therapy in the UK. Outside of the office Isaac is a keen swimmer, the colder the better!

Jack Richards

Jack joined One Tribe in April 2022. He films a lot of our One Show films and corporate work. He is an aspiring wildlife camera operator and loves the outdoors. Wildlife has been a passion of his from a young age and drives him to learn about new camera technologies which allow him to find creative new ways to film unseen animal behaviour. Outside of work, Jack enjoys exploring the great outdoors. Activities such as, photographing or filming wildlife, cliff jumping or kayaking and the occasional surf.

Jessie Anderson

Jessie joined One Tribe TV in 2015, working across development, production and post production. Before joining One Tribe she worked in live programming at ITV and also worked in pre-production research and development across a range of projects. Jessie studied at the University of West London and has a BA (Hons) degree in Television and Radio Broadcasting. Jessie has worked on both BAFTA nominated series of 'Extreme Wales with Richard Parks', BBC Obs Doc 'Richard Parks on Everest', the 2017/2018 and 2018/2019 ONE Show output, our BBC regional / BBC4 Documentary ‘Civilisations: The Remains of Slavery', BBC1's 'The Truth About Antibiotics', and Channel 4's 'Inside the Bomb Squad'.

Lauren Thompson

Lauren studied Recorded Media and Performing Arts at Bath Spa University. After graduating, Lauren worked for BBC Tours at BBC Broadcasting House in Bristol, and as a Runner for Films@59, where her biggest highlight was getting the chance to meet Sir David Attenborough. Lauren joined One Tribe TV in 2018 as a Runner and quickly progressed into the role of Edit Assistant, and now Editor - editing films for The ONE Show and One Tribe's up and coming observational documentary Accidental Renovators (BBC Scotland). Her most recent One Tribe credit is Sex & Sensibility (Sky History). Lauren is also our Client and Project Manager for One Tribe Films, directing and editing broadcast quality corporate productions for local organisations, businesses, and charities including: The NHS, Thalidomide Society, Thekla Bristol, International Schools Partnership, Gympanzees UK etc.

Maggie Latham

Maggie was the Editor of an award-winning TV current affairs programme at BBC Bristol until May 2022. She also commissioned many long form factual programmes for BBC1, BBC 2 and BBC 4. Her BBC TV credits include Newsnight and Panorama and she recently worked as an executive producer on Radio 4. She trained as a newspaper journalist and she spent most of her career in the North East of England. She has three children and a sausage dog called Schnitzel.

Mimi Templar-Gay

Before starting full time at One Tribe TV in 2019, Mimi began her career in London working for Freemantle and Directors Cut UK, before deciding to embark on a degree at Exeter University. During her time at Exeter, Mimi fell in love with directing which led her to direct over 10 different productions during her three years of study. At One Tribe, Mimi has worked as an AP and now Producer/Director on a wide range of projects. She began directing on BBC1's The ONE Show and went on to work on both of One Tribe's BBC 1 Wales series' ‘Wonders of the Celtic Deep' and ‘The Rescue: 54 Hours Under the Ground'. Most recently she has directed our two drama-documentary series', ‘Sex and Sensibility' and ‘Wuthering Harlots'; as well as the short drama film, ‘Landslide', for Little Victories Productions.

Nick Watts

Nick is a television producer specialising in History and Science. This job has seen him fly Spitfires, live on desert islands, clamber into active volcanoes and lay out 74,000 cups of tea in Trafalgar Square. His art /science feature documentary The Human Footprint (Channel 4) moved the Daily Telegraph to say "it is good to be reminded of what an enchanting medium television can be at it's very best". Nick ran his own independent production companies from 2007 to 2014, before taking the helm as Managing Director of Hole & Corner magazine and creative agency. Missing hands-on filmmaking, he returned to broadcast in 2019. His first project back The Lost Home Movies of Nazis Germany for the BBC. The series was shortlisted for the RTS History award. Nick is a longstanding music fan, contributing DJ to Amateurism Radio, and the bassist in punk band Dirty Protest. If you can't find him he's probably hiding in his bothy on the Scottish island of Islay.

Noah McIntyre

Noah is Somerset born and bred and has always had a huge passion for film making and creating stories. Throughout A-levels and University, he had a keen interest in directing documentaries, ranging from films about drag queens, dancers and drug addicts. His countryside roots, combined with his love for nature and food landed him his first job in television working on Gardeners' World as a runner. He quickly moved on to work as a Self-Shooting Researcher on Gym Stars for Drummer TV, following young gymnasts and their journey of making it to the Olympics. Noah has a real love for cooking and shares a lot of his creations on his instagram, @feed_noah_ . When he's not working on The One Show, you'll find Noah on the golf course or football pitch. His goal is to direct the Champions League final.

Olivia Tovey

Having graduated with a first class degree in drama from the University of Exeter, Olivia - better known to the team as Liv - joined One Tribe TV in July 2020. During her time at university, Liv produced a student led performance of 'The Great Gatsby' at Exeter's professional theatre, the Northcott. It was here Liv found a love for producing.

Owen Gay

Owen is a highly experienced executive producer with an exceptional track record in primetime popular factual formats and documentary television. He has successfully launched numerous series for a wide range of UK and international broadcasters including the BBC, Channel 4, Five, Discovery and NatGeo. He has worked in a wide range of genres including history, science and natural history documentary, obs doc, OB and events coverage and live magazines. He is used to running large production teams and managing complex budgets. Trained in journalism, Owen is editorially rigorous with excellent scriptwriting skills. He works closely with production teams to ensure visual flair and creativity, from shaping new formats through to the edit. He continues to direct. Owen began his career at Channel Four News before moving to BBC News, working on Breakfast and Newsnight. In BBC Features he was showrunner on some of the UK's most popular and enduring brands including Watchdog, Crimewatch, Holiday (BBC 1), Homefront (BBC 2) and many more. As executive producer, he was part of the team that brought RHS Chelsea Flower Show coverage back to the BBC. He created many BBC popular formats including Departure Lounge, The Flying Gardener, Holiday Hit Squad and Charlie's Garden Army. His long-form documentary credits range from Cold Case (BBC 1) and Million Dollar Moon Rock Heist (NatGeo, RTS Best International Documentary) to Fame: Remember My Name? (BBC 1). As commissioning editor, he was instrumental in the launch of The ONE Show. After leaving the BBC, Owen worked as head of popular factual for Icon Films where his credits include: Sleepover at the Zoo (BBC 4), Seven Days that Made the Fuhrer (Five), Secret Histories (Channel 4), Betty White Goes Wild (NatGeo Wild), Animal Airport (Animal Planet) and Secrets of Dead (WNET/PBS).
