Adam Rolfe

Being able to demonstrate flexibility and respond to changing situations and customers requirements quickly and effectively is something Adam has always enjoyed. This will always be a core theme of our work as we operate in and with nature where there are no straight lines, conditions can change by the minute and there are many sensitive elements that need to be shown due care and protection. Over the years Adam has drawn on and applied environmental, technical, commercial and management skills to this end. As the Infrastructure Director, Adam ensures the cohesive running of the business whilst being committed the continuous improvement of procedures and processes.

Alex Brook

Alex is an experienced ecologist having worked in the industry for over 20 years. Specialising in surveying and management of invasive non-native plant species listed within UK legislation (e.g. Schedule 9 Part II of the Wildlife & Country Act 1981) Alex is an extremely knowledgeable resource and has worked as a consultant for our clients on projects that have covered a diverse range of habitats, weeds and sectors; including utility companies, developers and local government. All these involve a high level of diligence and professionalism, with finding solutions to problem weeds being critical to the client.

Andy Theo

Barrie Parker

Barrie has hit the ground running and has proved a great addition to the Aquatics department. He oversees various sites, ensuring each project is delivered on time, to the highest possible standard, and within the client's budget. Barrie is a dedicated team player who is always available to offer his knowledge and advice.

Ben Fisher - Chief Commercial Officer

Ben has joint autonomy and accountability for the running of the Aquatics department, leading the commercial side of the business unit and acting as PM on a number of our higher profile Aquatic restoration schemes and frameworks; particularly those that are externally funded and have a real driver towards engagement and socio-economic benefits. Ben has seen the growth of the company first hand and has been key to the success of the department, working on many Ebsford flagship schemes over the years and with some of the most talented design teams in the country providing build-ability assessments and assistance with funding applications. As a member of the River Restoration Centre with vast river restoration experience, Ben offers valuable advice and expertise on the creation of unique methodologies, mitigating the risks associated with in-river working, whilst ensuring compliance to both regulations and stakeholder aspirations.

Ben Thornton

Ben heads up the Ebsford Invasive operational team and has many years of experience in all eradication methods of schedule 9 species. Now specialising in the management of all Ebsfords mechanical and excavation projects on a national basis, Ben oversees all elements of such projects from contract award to completion alongside managing the excavation operatives team. Ben works closely with our commercial team to offer support and advice when proposing a solution and provides project managers with regular progress updates on live jobs ensuring our clients receive the best experience.

Brad Milner

Brad was originally employed under our apprenticeship programme to assist in Contract Administration but showed great aptitude and interest in the successful delivery of our contracts. Brad quickly developed the skills for managing a team and his determination to succeed saw him progress to Site Management, working on busy and complex projects for our Aquatics department. Brad has since progressed to Project Delivery Manager and his key responsibility is to ensure projects are delivered to a high standard, in line with the clients' objectives and budget.

Brett Chesman

As Landscaping Site Supervisor, Brett is responsible for the management of individual projects whilst providing support to our Contracts Manager. Brett supervises both in-house teams and external suppliers, ensuring company policies and procedures are the driving force behind achieving client and organisational goals.

Danny Chappell

Danny is formally a Civil Engineer that has worked across the public and private sector, having experience in the management of contracts and the design of Flood Risk Alleviation Schemes. Danny is responsible for being the lead on the management and performance of the works carried out across our existing frameworks.

Danny Pullan

Danny delivers projects to meet the clients' objectives, while maintaining high standards of health and safety, quality, environmental impact and cost control. Danny delivers multiple projects, closely working with our project managers to ensure works are completed in a safe manner and to the maximum commercial performance, to meet client expectations without compromising budget.

Ellis Harvey

Ellis joined Ebsford following the completion of her degree in Geography. Ellis is responsible for managing the clients' journey all the way from initial enquiry to project completion. Ellis works closely with our in-house Marketing department to assist in the successful production of departmental literature.

Emily Farrell

Emily joined as the 2020 entrant into Ebsford's Graduate Development programme and works as a Project Manager in our Aquatics Commercial team. With prior experience in the river maintenance and restoration industry and managing volunteer groups on aquatic restoration schemes, Emily brings a passion for the environment and a dedicated approach to all projects.

Emma Kennett

Emma assists the Aquatics team with all administrative duties in line with organisational policies, covering health, safety, environmental & quality. Emma brings a professional and positive energy and has proved to be a great asset to the team.

Faye Lynam

Faye is a key part of the Invasives commercial team, providing support in the management of projects at all stages, from enquiry to arranging surveys to project completion. Faye remains a consistent point of contact for our clients, providing best practice advice and works to offer the best solutions for the control or eradication of Schedule 9 non-native invasive species.

Gill Hartley - CHRO

Heading up our Human Resources, Gill shares a responsibility for promoting the Ebsford ethos and ensuring our team is highly skilled and highly motivated. Gill continues to focus on creating a happy and safe environment for our people whilst working alongside the Ebsford directors to make continuous organisational improvements.

Harrison Carney

Harrison is a key part of the invasive team, managing Ebsfords herbicidal treatment programs on sites across the whole of the UK, alongside working with clients to identify the best solutions for their sites. Harrison is responsible for ensuring our clients sites are treated promptly and adhere to standards for effectively controlling invasive species.

Helen Poole

Helen is responsible for supporting site operations through the sourcing & pricing of external plant & materials from requisitions provided by our site teams. Often reactive and with changing requirements, Helen adapts to the needs of the team to ensure whatever is required on site gets delivered without disruption to a project. From sourcing hired vehicles and welfare facilities to raising purchase orders, sourcing new suppliers and arranging credit facilities, the role is key in ensuring the Invasives operations team have whatever they need to carry out their roles

Jack Arnold

Jack is an experienced plant technician and is responsible for the maintenance and management of our company-owned plant, equipment and materials across all 3 business units. Jack supports our operational teams, ensuring the requirements are met for safe and inspected resources whilst effectively managing utilisation. You will meet Jack working alongside our Invasives team, Managing site teams on excavation and screening projects.

James Aspin

Oliver joined Ebsford with a strong academic background and brings valuable skills and enthusiasm to the Aquatics team. As Site Operative, Oliver is responsible for supporting site set up, following exact project specifications and operating equipment in a safe and controlled manner to ensure the successful completion of projects.

James Connor

As Senior Site Manager in the Aquatics Department, James focusses on running a wide range of projects across CRT and Core, ensuring each project is delivered on time, to the highest possible standard and within the clients budget. James brings a large amount of industry knowledge and experience and is always on hand to offer his knowledge and advice, making him a great fit for the team.

James Fleming

James is our lead climber and operates machinery including tractors and excavators. Other than ensuring maintenance checks on all equipment is documented regularly, James is also responsible for the initial site set up and management of the team in line with the handover.

Jemma Scott SHEQ

Jemma plays a key role within the SHEQ and IT team. Using skills from her previous role as Customer Service Manager, Jemma is well placed to offer assistance to the Client Generation team, ensuring a positive experience for our clients on their journey with Ebsford and also assuring quality across all group functions.

Jessica Fox

As Graduate Project Consultant, Jessica supports the preparation of client-facing literature, such as; proposal documents and completion reports, whilst assisting in the development of Invasives campaigns. Jordan initially joined Ebsford as an apprentice studying for his level 2 in horticulture/environmental conservation. Jordan has grown along with the company, gaining extensive experience in the invasive species industry before finding his specialism in Aquatic restoration. Committed to delivering the highest quality of work, whilst always going the extra mile, Jordan has become both well-respected by our clients and the team

Jordana Stacey

Jordana has a solid background in both design and marketing and joined the team to assist in developing the Ebsford brand. Jordana's attention to detail and eye for design has proven invaluable when producing specialised marketing collateral and assisting team members in improving documentation. Jordana contributes towards creating effective campaigns alongside keeping up to date with day-to-day marketing activities, sharing news through blogs and case studies.

Keeley Everitt

Whilst undertaking a Level 3 Apprenticeship in Administration, Keeley joined the team to support the organisation of our invasives spray program. Keeley is responsible for maintaining the information within the integrated management system, liaising with clients to arrange site visits, and providing administrative support across the department.

Loz joined the aquatics team initially as an apprentice and has consistently shown a positive attitude and willingness to go the extra mile for clients and his colleagues. Now a vital member of staff, Loz is a confident leader who oversees a wide variety of sites ensuring each project is delivered on time, to the highest possible standard, and within the client's budget, and demonstrates an ability to take on more responsibility.

Luke Jaques

Luke originally joined Ebsford under our apprenticeship programme, studying for his Level 2 in Environmental Conservation. Over the years Luke has developed a wealth of experience, undertaking multiple courses including 360° excavator training, whilst providing operational support across our Aquatics sites. Luke is committed to delivering the highest standard of work throughout each project and his determination to succeed has seen him progress into a Site Supervisor.

Mark Prout

Mark is a founder of the business and is responsible for the Invasive Business Unit. Mark also has overall responsibility for the research and development department which concentrates on finding new and innovative solutions to the management of invasive vegetation. Mark specialises in the identification, taxonomy and eradication of terrestrial and aquatic invasive vegetation. Holding the WAMITAB CoTC in Contaminated Land for Remediation and Mobile Treatment, Mark developed the Ebsford Enviroscreen 20-20, a revolutionary mobile screening unit designed for the management and processing of Japanese knotweed.

Mark Small

Mark manages site activities, working closely with our Project Managers to ensure projects are conducted in line with the client's budget and expectations, whilst maintaining high standards of health and safety.

Matthew Sharpe

Matthew originally joined Ebsford as an apprentice in digital marketing, where it became apparent his skills and knowledge of all things IT was invaluable and he naturally developed into the role of IT and Media Assistant. Matthew keeps all of the Ebsford team up and running in terms of IT and phones whilst still using his skills to support the marketing department with video and media and offering support to the invasives commercial team with the online mapping of invasive species.

Maya Hubbert

Nick continues to be a "hands on" director and works on a number of our higher profile aquatic restoration schemes and frameworks; particularly those that are externally funded and have a real driver towards engagement and socio economic benefits. It is Nick who drives the Ebsford ethos of client relationship management and dedication to our workforce and he can often be found in a site cabin chatting to our ops teams in a remote part of the U.K; away from the office where he ends up having to "sign things"

Nick has overall responsibility for the effective running of the aquatics operational department, Nick oversees the development of a highly competent workforce, ensuring each member is equipped with the skills required to manage increasingly complex projects with safety and environmental considerations held as prime objectives alongside delivering client value. Nick has been key in the success and growth of Ebsford's aquatics team. Starting from managing an initial two operational staff to developing a sizeable team working on a string of large projects across the UK.

Nickie McIntyre

Nickie specialises in ensuring environmental compliance across designated projects, frequently engaging with various stakeholders such as clients, landowners, local authorities, and government bodies to ensure the Aquatics Commercial team are fully compliant. Regularly providing support to site personnel from an ecological perspective, Nickie enables effective project delivery whilst promoting innovative working and biodiversity net gain (BNG) across projects.

Paige Lake

Phil Hardaker

Ricky heads up the Ebsford SHEQ department and working closely with all Ebsford employees offers advice and support on the companies Health & Safety, Quality and Environmental requirements. Ricky has implemented many new procedures to support the company's goals and built a department dedicated to improving the way Ebsford works. The maintenance of company accreditations are something Ricky oversees and he operates with a constant focus on continuous improvement alongside keeping our workforce safe.

Ross Arroll

Samantha Soley

Samantha manages the entire warranty and insurance backed guarantee system by collating information from internal and external sources, working cohesively with multiple departments across the company.
