Our practice was founded in 1949 by Captain John Gibson at his family home in Braeside, before his son Iain took the reins in the 1970s and established the mixed Gibson & Gibson practice. After Iain retired in 2009, we turned our focus to small animals and changed our name to Border Vets... We began life as a family practice in the 1940s, and continue to deliver the same great care to pets and owners across the Borders to this day... We're honoured that you've entrusted us with your pet's care and are confident that we can deliver the best service.
