Cernach Housing Association is a successful and well performing community-based registered social landlord (RSL) operating in the Drumchapel area in north west Glasgow. We act as community anchor organisation for Drumchapel and our vision is about "supporting a vibrant community by offering affordable, good quality homes and services with people at the heart of everything we do"... We own 877 homes and we provide a management service to 16 sharing owners and 141 homeowners. We're a ‘not for profit' organisation and a recognised Scottish Charity (SCO36607)... Our housing stock is varied and includes new build homes built between 1994 and 2021 and post war housing stock purchased from Glasgow Housing Association. We have a comprehensive mix of tenement flats, cottage flats, terraced and semi detached housing.
