Claire joined the Board on 25th April 2017 and was appointed as Treasurer on 15th September 2022. Claire is currently the Chair of Hillhead Housing Association 2000 (ARK) and has been a volunteer in housing for 20 years. Claire joined Craigdale's Board in 2017, which gave her the opportunity to develop new skills and share learnt ones with very dedicated, like minded Board Members and Staff for the benefit of Craigdale's Tenants and Residents. Frances joined Craigdale on 20th February 1990 and became Corporate Manager on 1st October 2023 Frances joined Craigdale in 1990 as the Office Junior and has enjoyed a series of well-earned promotions over the years. Throughout her career at Craigdale, Frances has had the pleasure of working in all sections of the Association however has thrived in the provision of corporate services. As Senior Corporate Services Officer, Frances is responsible for supporting the Board and Director to ensure that the Association meets all its regulatory requirements in relation to governance and financial management. Frances is responsible for Office Management & Administration and ICT and assists also with human resources. Frances has been part of the Senior Management Team since 2008. I have 20 years' experience of working in the private construction sector both as site foreman and laterally as a Project Manager, being involved in projects across Central Scotland. Linda joined Craigdale on 25th October 2021. Linda joined us after working for over 30 years in a number of roles in Housing including working at a senior level both in Scotland and England. Linda works with integrity and has successfully managed change within these organisations and has led teams towards national recognition within the sector. Linda is passionate about tenants and working in partnership with others to help to make a difference to tenants lives. She is also very passionate about community based housing. Linda's main areas of expertise include housing management; community development, customer engagement, change management and compliance with all aspects of Regulatory requirements. Linda is focused on continuous improvement and has successfully managed to lead teams towards outstanding outcomes for tenants. Linda is passionate about working with tenants to identifying improvements to services and meeting the changing needs of all tenants. Linda recognises the key role that housing can play within communities and has an impressive track record of working in partnership with other agencies over a number of years. Linda is the principal advisor to our governing body and is accountable to the Board for statutory and regulatory compliance. She is responsible for providing inspirational leadership to the Board and the Staff team; for delivering excellent customer services; driving continuous improvement and ensuring Craigdale is recognised as a key strategic partner in delivering housing strategy in Castlemilk. Louise Bacon

Louise joined the board in September 2021 and was appointed as Secretary on 15th September 2022. Louise has significant experience working for community regeneration charities within Merseyside and the West of Scotland. Since moving back to Glasgow in 2005 she has been developing and delivering wider role programmes for community-controlled Housing Associations, securing additional funding to provide enhanced services and new initiatives for these Associations. Having been involved within a number of projects within Castlemilk, she was keen to join the Board of a Housing Association local to her and make a positive contribution to the local community, supporting Craigdale's vision of Changing Lives for the Better. Morag joined the Board on the 29th September 2009 and was appointed as Vice Chairperson on 5th September 2019. Morag has been tenant since 2007. Morag joined the Board to learn how decisions were made to improve the homes of the tenants also the business side too. Morag enjoys all aspects of Governance and Finance. Morag has been an Office Bearer and was Chairperson till our AGM 2019 when she stood down.

Stephen has over 19 years' experience working within the social housing sector and is currently employed as a Housing Operations Manager at North Lanarkshire Council. He has a real passion for social housing and believes in putting staff and tenants at the heart of the organisation to advance real change and achieve success. He is looking forward to working with the Board, Staff Members and Local Community to continue to build upon the good work being carried out by Craigdale HA. Stephen Kelly

Stephen joined the Board on 15th September 2022. Stephen has recently retired from his position as Project Officer with Care and Repair Scotland in partnership with Energy Saving Trust to manage the Scottish Government's HEEPS Equity Loan Scheme which aimed to provide support and practical assistance to owners wishing to repair or improve the energy efficiency of their homes. He has a background in housing spanning some 45 years in both the public and private sectors, and he feels this knowledge will be useful to the Board as it aims to continue meeting the aims of its members.
